Here is a small sample of projects I am currently working on.
SCOTTISH COMEDY Football Club
When I took over as Managing Editor of popular football site Scottish Comedy Football Club, my brief was to take a dwindling site which had not seen a major update since 2011 and revitalise it with new content and a new design. After completing design work and taking over content management in April 2015, the popularity of the site has rocketed, leaping up to over 30,000 views per month and their Twitter has recently passed 8,000 followers.
I have also taken over hosting and production of the fortnightly podcast which is among the most popular Scottish football podcasts in the world.
The UK's leading disability lifestyle magazine. At time of writing Able has almost 26,000 Twitter followers and more than 2,600 Facebook fans.
Civvy street magazine
Another in the Primas Media portfolio. This magazine is designed for Service-leavers from the Armed Forces to make a decision about the next stage in their career.
Working with the team at the number one fan site for Kilmarnock FC, I have overseen the overhaul of the website's social media and other output which has seen remarkable growth in a very short space of time.
Much of my work has revolved around making the site more social and its Facebook has grown by nearly 1,000 likes in seven months.
A Youtube channel with more than 1.6 million subscribers, Top Media have enlisted me as a scriptwriter, producing content for their videos which are packed with incredible facts.
The history of the city's streets, told through its buildings and people. Ran for two years with a significant following split between interested locals and expatriates of all ages, I recently closed Old Glasgow in order to focus on other projects. At time of closure, Old Glasgow had more than 6,000 followers across Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr.
Feature-writing with an eye on pop culture, gaming and sport for one of the UK's most popular websites.
From Goals, the 5-a-side people, comes Nutmeg - the newest voice on the footballing block. Working with a number of other writers I provided Scottish football features for the site during its initial setup.
